Welcome to Jerra's Garden Seasonal Seed Club, a seasonal seed subscription service designed to keep your garden thriving all year long! Every 3 months, you’ll receive a curated collection of seeds hand-selected to grow perfectly for the upcoming season. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just starting out, my Seed Club takes the guesswork out of planning and planting, so you can focus on growing and enjoying your garden.
How It Works
- Seeds for the Next Season: I ship seeds one season ahead so you have plenty of time to plan, sow seeds, and start your garden—whether you’re direct sowing or starting seeds indoors.
- Curated Collections: Each delivery includes a thoughtful variety of veggies, flowers, and herbs that are ideal for the upcoming season.
- Timely Delivery: Subscriptions ship 4 times a year: December 20th (Spring Seeds), March 20th (Summer Seeds), June 20th (Fall Seeds), and September 20th (Winter Seeds).
- No Stress, Just Planting: You’ll always be ready to sow with the right seeds at the right time.
What’s Included in Your Subscription?
- Standard Subscriptions: 6 different varieties in each delivery for the price of 5. This is good for smaller gardens or beginners.
- Large Subscriptions: 12 different varieties in each delivery for the price of 10. This is good for larger gardens and growing spaces.
- Pre pay for the whole year and get an additional discount of $10 off the total.
- Instructions: Each delivery includes instructions, video tutorials, profiles on each variety, and some planting layouts.
- Printed Envelope: Each collection of seeds comes packaged in a beautiful envelope labeled for the season so you can keep things organized or for gifting. The images below under "Subscription Options", is an example of what it looks like. The design of the envelope may change and of course the seed packet varieties also change with each delivery.
How Do I Sign Up?
- Choose A Subscription: Below are the subscription options. Add the one of your choice to your cart and checkout. At checkout, you will be charged for the next upcoming quarterly subscription plus shipping if you are pay-as-you-go OR if you select to prepay for the entire year, you get an additional $10 discount off the total, and will be charged the full amount plus shipping at once.

Subscription Schedule
- Spring Seed Club: Ships December 20th
- Summer Seed Club: Ships March 20th
- Fall Seed Club: Ships June 20th
- Winter Seed Club: Ships September 20th
Order Deadline: Subscriptions that are already active, or new subscribers that subscribe up to 2 weeks before the next upcoming delivery, will be included in that delivery. For example, everyone with an active subscription by March 6th, will get the delivery that ships out on March 20th.

FAQ & Additional Information
1. Manage your subscription: Please create an account on my website (top right corner), so that you can manage your subscription, renew, update payment method, change the delivery address, and much more.
2. Do you need to resubscribe? Please note that subscriptions are defaulted to automatically renew. If you wish to change this setting, please log into your account to manage the subscription.
3. You are responsible for providing the correct delivery name and address. I cannot re-ship orders if the name and delivery address provided is incorrect. Please create an account on my website (top right corner), so that you can manage your subscription, make changes, or corrections.
4. When will I get my delivery? Deliveries are made 4 times a year, every 3 months. Using the March 20th delivery as an example, everyone who has active and paid subscriptions by the deadline of March 6th (2 weeks before seed subscriptions are shipped out), will be entered to receive the March 20th delivery. After the 6th, I start preparing the seeds and orders. They all ship out by end of day, March 20th (unless there is some sort of delay, like USPS routes are being impacted or closed by a snow storm or hurricane). Sometimes I ship early too.
5. What if tracking says it was delivered, but I can’t find it ? If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, first check around your property or with neighbors who might have received it by mistake. If it’s still missing, contact your local USPS office who made the delivery to see if they can help you locate the package. I do not have any additional information beyond the same information shown in the tracking data. In 99% of the cases where customers report to me that the package says delivered" but they don't have it, it was not actually delivered. I asked USPS about this and they said many times they will automatically mark packages as delivered to meet their transit quotas. The package usually shows up a few days later. If it has not arrived after 5 business days, please let me know.
6. What if my package is lost? Very rarely does USPS lose one of my packages. If the tracking info has not been updated in over a week, please contact me.
7. How do I cancel my subscription? You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on my website or by contacting me via email at info@jerrasgarden.com. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the next billing cycle (1st of the month the next delivery ships), to avoid being charged for the upcoming delivery. If you are charged already, then it's too late, you have been entered into the next delivery. But you can cancel to stop future deliveries.
8. Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of a subscription service, once you have been charged, I cannot issue a refund. But you can cancel to stop future subscription charges and deliveries. However, if you experience any issues with your order, such as damaged or incorrect items, please email me at info@jerrasgarden.com.
9. Can I exchange seed packets?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on seed packets. A tremendous amount of work goes into growing, producing, or sourcing seeds months in advance to ensure there’s enough for each subscription delivery. If you find yourself with extra seeds, consider sharing them with friends or donating to a local community garden—they’ll surely appreciate the gift! 🌱
10. What if I need to change my delivery address?
If you need to update your delivery address, simply log into your account and make the changes. Be sure to update your address at least 14 days before the next shipment to ensure your seeds arrive at the correct location. If you need assistance, feel free to email me at info@jerrasgarden.com.
