Strawflower Mixed Colors Annual Heirloom Flower Seeds (Pink, Orange, Yellow, White)

Strawflowers are a very popular choice for cut flower gardens and bouquets because the flowers hold up and keep their color for a long time. This is a colorful mix of tall strawflowers, with shades of pink, orange, yellow, and white. Flowers are frilly and bloom on long stems perfect for cut flower bouquets. Easy to start from seed. Plants are very tall and can reach 4FT. Seeds require light to germinate.

PLANTING

Helichrysum bracteatum

Germination: 7-10 days

Seed Sowing Depth: Do not cover the seeds with soil as they require light to germinate. Sprinkle seeds over the soil surafce and gently press them in so they make contact with the soil. Place under a bright light source to aid in germination.

Sowing: Can direct sow in a sunny spot after all danger of frost has passed. Or sow seeds indoors, 4-6 weeks before your last spring frost date.
