Frisse Endive Greens Seeds
Frisse Endive Greens Seeds
Frisse Endive Seeds - Salad Greens Heirloom Vegetable Seeds
Frisee endive thrives in cooler weather. This plant reaches a height of 8-12 inches and has pretty, frilly leaves in a yellow-green shade. The leaves have a slightly bitter yet mild flavor, making them a great choice for mixed greens. You can also cook them, and what makes frisee special is that, despite its curly appearance, it remains tender. It not only adds a visual appeal to salads but also brings a delicious taste to the table. I like to harvest the baby leaves at around 50-60 days from transplanting, in the "cut and come again" fashion. Or wait 75-80 days after transplanting to harvest the entire head.
Listing is for 1 packet of minimum 25 seeds
