HERBS INCLUDED IN THIS COLLECTION

1. Italian Sweet Basil - This is the standard culinary basil. Leaves are large, glossy, and wonderfully fragrant.

2. German Chamomile - I grow masses of chamomile so that I harvest and dry the flowers for tea. Plants are short and compact. I love how after it rains it makes the garden small like apples.

3. Italian Oregano - This is easy to grow and is perennial if grown in ideal conditions. I recommend to grow all herbs in full sun, in containers or pots for good drainage. Herbs are easily susceptible to root rot. Make sure the soil dries out completely before watering again. Lends a delicious pungent flavor to a wide variety of dishes.

4. Mammoth Dill - Giant fluffy dill variety. Stems get taller than me! I love fresh dill for adding to fish dishes, Tatziki sauce, or making pickles.

5. Mint - This is common mint which is typically used in mojito recipes. I love to cook with it, especially with Mediterranean type dishes.

6. Thyme - Flavor is an earthy mix of mint and lemon. Bees love their purple flowers. I like to air dry my herbs in a hanging mesh herb drier for a few weeks and then store away. Thyme goes great with chicken and fish recipes.
