Lagos spinach, scientifically known as Celosia argentea, is an ornamental edible leafy green. It is commonly cultivated in other countries like Africa and Asia because of its high nutritional value. This is a very heat tolerant tropical green that thrives in hot climates (like my Florida summers). It is a great addition to edible gardens, permaculture, and food forest setups since it is so easy to grow. The leaves are highly ornamental, with deep burgundy patches. It also blooms hot pink feathery celosia flowers that can be used as a cut flower.

- Availability of seeds/plants in this shop varies depending on what I have growing that season. With that said, please be advised that seeds/plants are available in limited quantities. Once sold out they may or may not be available again.
