Spaghetti Winter Squash Heirloom Vegetable Garden Seeds

Spaghetti squash, also known as gold string melon, stands out from other winter squashes. When you cook it, the flesh comes apart in spaghetti-like strands, giving it a tender and slightly firm texture. It has a tasty savory flavor, and the best part is, it's low in calories! Just add a bit of butter and salt to enhance its deliciousness. Each plant can produce 5 to 7 squashes and can be stored for up to 6 months!

Germination: 5-10 days

Seed Sowing Depth: 1/2” deep

Sowing: Direct sow after your last spring frost. In warmer climates can also direct sow at end of summer for a fall harvest. Or can sow seeds in 4 inch pots 8 weeks before the intended target date to transplant into the garden.
