Vivid Choi Mustard Green Seeds
Vivid Choi Mustard Green Seeds
Vivid Choi Mustard Green Seeds Heirloom Vegetable Seeds
Brassica rapa
Listing is for 1 packet of minimum 25 seeds
The colors of this mustard green are gorgeous. New leaves emerge lime green with purple/hot pink veins. As the leaves mature and are exposed to sunlight, they turn dark purple. Each plant forms huge broad leaves that benefit from frequent harvesting. I like to harvest the baby greens because they have a more mild/savory flavor which is great for salad greens. Mature leaves have a more pronounced mustard green flavor. Since it produces so much biomass, I also feed it to my chickens.
